Have a Cocktail AND Be Healthy!
There is a celebration going on over here at the Women’s Strength Nation office!
I want to formally introduce you to a member of my team who has been behind the scenes here for a while, and who just achieved something really impressive.
Cindy De La Cruz is now stepping into the spotlight as a brand new Certified Personal Trainer! Bravo!!!!
You’ll be seeing and reading more from Cindy in the coming months, years, and decades. See, I know a good thing when I spot it; and Cindy was special to me from the very start.
Many years ago Cindy worked the front desk of the gym where I trained my private clients. She always brightened the room and everyone loved her. She has that special spark and cheer that is very rare. I knew right away that I wanted to steal her from the evil man that she was working for! Sure enough, the right opportunity presented itself and Cindy joined my team…and we’ve never looked back.
I’m so proud to see my little girl all grown up and joining the ranks of fitness professionals like myself. Be sure to check out her weekly Workout Wednesday series on the Women’s Strength Nation Facebook page!
We are also celebrating summer as long as we can. So we whipped up this AWESOME cocktail that is truly healthy!
Check out the video below to get the recipe!
PS! I reserve exclusive content for the Women’s Strength Nation email update. Today’s #Strengthspo
“Remind yourself that there are few joys in life that equal a good laugh, a good conversation, a good morning walk, a good afternoon hug, or a good deep breath at the end of the day.”

Stay strong, friend.
Well I guess I don’t have to spend the weekend firigung this one out!
