How to Add Muscle for Women

Wahooooooo!!! It is a day of celebration.

Why? Because I am finally standing on a stage in front of an audience filled with women who are asking questions on what it takes to INCREASE THE SIZE OF THEIR MUSCLES!!!

Now, the stage is only a daydream, but the audience of women is real! Each day I am getting more and more inquiries about this topic. Last week alone, two major magazines interviewed me on the “How-To’s” of building muscle! Can you believe it!?

I celebrate and coo, and even tear up a bit, as I watch my little baby girl begin to grow. As you know, Women’s Strength Nation is dedicated to giving you tools to improve your strength from the outside, in. The message is spreading!

I think it’s only appropriate that I honor this awesome day by sharing with you my top 3 Golden Rules if you are interested in increasing the actual size and volume of your muscles! Take a minute and click below to watch this week’s video for details.

I recommend “training” shoes that are flat with a very low heel to toe drop. This puts your heel as close to the ground as possible. Yes, Deadlifts and Squats CAN be done without shoes BUT you have to be very careful and ensure that your technique and mechanics are perfect. IN fact, I LOVE this as a training tool and my legs get super strong. Just make sure that you are a advanced at your deads and squats!
