This ONE THING will bring you success

During those moments when you want to take action towards your goal but you don’t, what goes on inside of your head?

You know that part of you wants to work out, and yet your motivation is nowhere to be found. Part of you does want to choose lean protein and vegetables, but instead you choose pizza. Why?

It happens to me ALL the time! And it took me a while to get better at the dialogue and decision making that happens in my head. I credit all of my success to learning how to take action based on my truest motivations.

Why: 1. To fit into the clothes in my closet
    2. To play better golf (strong)
    3. To feel like I’m doing the best I can to treat my body right

Hi Janett! Amazing! So happy to see “strong” and “healthy” goals along with the weight loss. All of them are great goals. If this is new territory for you, you are going to be shocked at how much your golf game will improve from the strength workouts And, you will have a much lower risk of aches and pains, or injuries. SO GOOD. Stay strong and just keep remembering these amazing 4 reasons “why.” You can do this.

Thanks Holly, I’m two months in to going to a gym (although I’ve done some weights at home for years) & can definitely see a difference in my game. I always thought I should be able to just get the same results doing weights at home, but I’ve come to realize there is a difference! I was a late joiner to your 28 day challenge in Prevention magazine (where I first learned about you, thankfully) & at first was disappointed that I’d have to join a gym. But then I thought ‘why not’? Am really enjoying it!

I love the fact that you are LOVING your new gym! Couldn’t be any happier hearing you say that. Now lets all change the ratio of women to men in the weight room! So have all your friends join you in the weight room and have some fun! =)

It was meant for you to find my article in Prevention magazine. Look at what a difference it has been making in your life.

          Stay STRONG Janett!
