3 Keys to Busting Cellulite

“Cellulite is NOT hereditary.”

“Cellulite is simply body fat and I CAN change it.”

The truth is, nearly every single client I have every worked with in the past 20+ years has some degree of cellulite. Personally, mine comes and goes depending on my lifestyle. It pretty much disappears when I have been on point for a few months, then it appears again when I take time off from the gym and allow my diet to get a bit more fun.

The most important thing for you to know about your cellulite is that you can absolutely change it when you want to.

 Yes, it’s going to take some time to change, but I promise, you can.
