How to Set and Achieve Your Goals

Are you ready to reach your goals in 2018!? I know I am!

One of the most important things you absolutely must do is to sit down with a piece of paper and write out (yes, by hand!) your exact goals.

What exactly do you truly want for yourself?

And precisely why do you want it?

It’s important to take some time and really think and FEEL into these two questions. WHY do you want to lose weight? WHY do you want to start eating better?

I must admit, I’ve gotten pretty good at identifying a very specific and effective list of goals. For me, the harder part is ensuring that I take the necessary actions required to achieve the goals! For me, it’s an easy thing to list out clear goals, but the real work sets in when it comes to taking action!

I find this to be the hardest part for most people. Can you relate?
